חנות comfiz מפעילה חנות ואתר זה, לרבות כל המידע, התוכן, התכונות, הכלים, המוצרים והשירותים הקשורים אליו (להלן: "השירותים"), במטרה לספק לכם, הלקוחות, חוויית קנייה מותאמת. השירותים ניתנים באמצעות פלטפורמת Shopify, המאפשרת לנו לספק לכם את השירותים. מדיניות פרטיות זו מתארת כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים וחושפים את המידע האישי שלכם כאשר אתם מבקרים, משתמשים, מבצעים רכישה או עסקה אחרת באמצעות השירותים, או מתקשרים עמנו בכל דרך אחרת. במקרה של סתירה בין תנאי השימוש שלנו לבין מדיניות פרטיות זו, מדיניות פרטיות זו תגבר ביחס לאיסוף, לעיבוד ולחשיפה של המידע האישי שלכם.

מאחר שהחברה פועלת מישראל, מדיניות פרטיות זו מנוסחת גם בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, לרבות תיקון מס' 13 לחוק שנכנס לתוקף ב-14 באוגוסט 2025 ("חוק הגנת הפרטיות"), בנוסף לדינים זרים רלוונטיים (כגון תקנות ה-GDPR האירופיות ודיני הפרטיות במדינות ארה"ב) החלים בהתאם למקום מגוריכם.

מידע אישי שאנו אוספים או מעבדים

המונח "מידע אישי" מתייחס למידע המזהה אתכם, או שניתן לשייך אותו באופן סביר אליכם או לאדם אחר. מידע אישי אינו כולל מידע שנאסף באופן אנונימי או שעבר הליך של הסרת זיהוי, כך שלא ניתן עוד לזהות אתכם באמצעותו או לשייכו אליכם באופן סביר. בהתאם לאופן שבו אתם משתמשים בשירותים, למקום מגוריכם, ובהתאם לדין החל, אנו עשויים לאסוף או לעבד את קטגוריות המידע האישי הבאות, לרבות מסקנות שנגזרות ממידע זה:

• מידע על המכשיר — לרבות מידע על המכשיר, הדפדפן או חיבור הרשת שלכם, כתובת ה-IP שלכם ומזהים ייחודיים נוספים.
• מידע שימוש — לרבות מידע על האינטראקציה שלכם עם השירותים, כיצד ומתי אתם משתמשים בהם או גולשים בהם.

מקורות המידע האישי

אנו עשויים לאסוף מידע אישי מהמקורות הבאים:

• ישירות מכם — כאשר אתם יוצרים חשבון, מבקרים או משתמשים בשירותים, מתקשרים עמנו, או מוסרים לנו מידע אישי בדרך אחרת.
• באופן אוטומטי דרך השירותים — מהמכשיר שלכם בעת שימוש במוצרים או בשירותים שלנו או בביקור באתרינו, ובאמצעות שימוש בעוגיות (cookies) וטכנולוגיות דומות.

• אבטחה ומניעת הונאות — לאימות חשבונכם, לאספקת חוויית תשלום וקנייה מאובטחת, לאיתור, לבדיקה או לנקיטת פעולה במקרה של פעילות הונאה, בלתי חוקית, בלתי בטוחה או זדונית, להגנה על בטיחות הציבור ולאבטחת השירותים. אם תבחרו לפתוח חשבון, האחריות לשמירה על פרטי הגישה שלכם חלה עליכם — אנו ממליצים בחום שלא לשתף שם משתמש, סיסמה או פרטי גישה אחרים עם כל גורם אחר.
• תקשורת עמכם — למתן שירות לקוחות, למענה זמין, ולשמירה על הקשר העסקי שלנו עמכם.

אתרים וקישורים של צדדים שלישיים

מידע על קטינים

השירותים אינם מיועדים לשימוש בידי ילדים, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי על ילדים מתחת לגיל הבגרות החל בתחום השיפוט שלכם. אם הנכם הורה או אפוטרופוס של ילד שמסר לנו מידע אישי, ניתן ליצור עמנו קשר בפרטים המפורטים להלן בבקשה למחיקתו. נכון למועד התוקף של מדיניות פרטיות זו, אין לנו ידיעה בפועל כי אנו "משתפים" או "מוכרים" (כהגדרת מונחים אלה בדין החל) מידע אישי של אנשים מתחת לגיל 16.

אבטחת המידע ותקופת השמירה
